The studio apartment is located on the third floor of an apartment building served by an elevator.
The apartment is a single room with well disengaged living and sleeping area, furnished with simplicity and care.

the entrance on the right is the kitchenette. Immediately after the
dining area with table and chairs, and finally the bedroom with double bed + single bed.
Completing the house is a balcony with a sea view and a shower room in which there is also a washing machine.

The vacation home is located in Gallipoli in a residential area, not far from a small port and the sea of the Levante Riviera.
The
location allows you to reach the historic center of the "Città Bella"
in a few minutes' walk, as well as the shopping streets and all the main
services.
The beaches of Baia Verde and those of Rivabella are equidistant, about 3.5 km away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Mandatory heating in the winter months with a supplement of €2 per day.
- The studio is located on the third floor of a condominium served by a lift.
