The two-room vacation home in Torre Suda is an extremely simple and essential solution for those who want a carefree family vacation on the Salento sea.

The two-room apartment is fully fenced and accessible with a large gate that allows you to park your car inside the property.
The garden in front of the entrance is shaded and furnished with table and chairs, so you can have lunch and dinner outside.
The interiors consist of living-dining room with 1 single sofa bed and 1 single cabinet bed, kitchenette, 1 quadruple room with double bed + bunk bed, 1 bathroom with shower. Also present is an outdoor space at the back.
The
vacation home is part of a complex of two adjacent units, called Villa
Jole, which can also be rented together. On all fixtures there are
grilles.

Jole is located in a residential area, just 400 meters from the sea,
between the marinas of Mancaversa and Torre Suda, on the Ionian coast of
Salento.
In extended Torre Suda, all the main services are
present. The renowned beaches of Gallipoli, Baia Verde and Lido Pizzo,
are only 5 km away.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
