Horizon Penthouse, spacious, elegant with terrace
Summary:
Bright, spacious home for 4 in Turin’s Lingotto: equipped kitchen, huge living room with two sofas and TV, two bathrooms, and a wraparound terrace with a large outdoor dining table. Steps from the metro and Torino Lingotto station for fast access to the centre, fairs and events.
The Space:
From the moment you step in, you’ll notice how airy and spacious this home feels. The layout is truly generous, bright and well balanced, with rooms that are comfortable to live in and easy to enjoy at a relaxed pace. The living room is the heart of the home: large and welcoming, with two comfortable sofas and a TV for laid-back evenings in. It also features a proper dining area with a large table—ideal for long dinners, slow breakfasts, or simply gathering together in a natural, effortless way.
The kitchen is fully equipped and designed to suit longer stays as well. It has its own dedicated table, perfect for a quick breakfast or an easy, informal meal, and it opens onto a beautiful view over the city of Turin—making even the simplest moments, like morning coffee or a pre-dinner aperitivo, feel special.
The sleeping area offers very spacious, quiet and comfortable bedrooms, perfect for switching off and enjoying truly restorative rest. The two bathrooms are another standout feature: both are large and convenient, with one offering a shower for a quick refresh and the other featuring a bathtub—ideal for a relaxing soak at the end of the day.
A truly special feature of this home is the wide, scenic wraparound terrace that frames the apartment like an open-air extension. With a large outdoor dining table, it’s the perfect place to eat outside in spring and summer, read in the sun, or enjoy the warm light at sunset—turning every day into a small ritual.
The Neighborhood:
Via Garessio is set in Turin’s Lingotto district, a lively area that blends everyday local life with some of the city’s most important venues for events and contemporary culture. You’re close to Lingotto Fiere and the Congress Centre, which host major exhibitions and conferences throughout the year—ideal if you’re in town for a fair, a business trip, or a large event. The Oval, originally built for the 2006 Winter Olympics and now used for big shows and exhibitions, is also nearby.
Food lovers will enjoy being close to Eataly Lingotto for markets, restaurants and tastings. The Lingotto complex itself is one of Turin’s symbols—an industrial icon transformed into a modern hub—and on the rooftop you’ll find the Pinacoteca Agnelli for a memorable cultural stop. The National Automobile Museum is also within easy reach. On top of that, the neighbourhood is practical and comfortable, with cafés, supermarkets and daily services close by. With the metro and Torino Lingotto station nearby, you can explore the historic centre with ease and return to a calmer, well-connected base.
Getting Around:
One of the biggest advantages of staying here is how effortlessly you can move around Turin. Via Garessio sits in the heart of the Lingotto area, just a short walk from Lingotto Metro station (Line M1) and also close to Torino Lingotto railway station—a combination that makes this address genuinely strategic. From the metro, you can reach key city hubs quickly and comfortably, including the main train stations and the historic centre, without worrying about traffic. If you prefer buses, several lines stop nearby, giving you flexible options at any time of day. The location is especially convenient if you’re in Turin for events: Lingotto Fiere and the Congress Centre are close, and the wider complex regularly hosts major exhibitions, fairs and conferences. Food lovers will appreciate being near Eataly Lingotto, while culture seekers can explore the iconic former FIAT factory, home to the rooftop track known today as La Pista 500, as well as the Pinacoteca Agnelli. And if you’re looking for something truly distinctive on the skyline, the Lingotto roof is also known for “La Bolla”, Renzo Piano’s glass-and-steel structure, located next to a rooftop helipad—a detail that often catches the eye when you look out from above. Arriving by car is usually straightforward compared to the city centre, and you can still rely on metro, trains, taxis or rides if you want to leave the car behind. In short: you’re perfectly placed for sightseeing, business trips and event weekends—fast connections out, and a comfortable base to come back to.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are not allowed, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment, and we kindly ask you to respect the peaceful residential character of the area.
Recycling and waste disposal instructions will be provided upon arrival.
In accordance with Italian law, all guests are required to complete the online registration with a valid ID before check-in.
