The studio features a pleasant dining table by the window, where you can enjoy your meals with natural light, and includes a wardrobe to organize your clothes. The window faces the back of the building, with no view of the street or landscape.

The bed comes with quality linens to ensure maximum comfort and the bathroom features all amenities, including a shower, towels, and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned!

The apartment is located on the first floor, and access is exclusively via stairs, making it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility.

The proximity to the most emblematic attractions is unbeatable. You don't need transport to visit the city's landmarks: the majestic Clérigos Tower and the world-famous Lello Bookstore (which inspired the Harry Potter universe) are less than a 5-minute walk away. The descent to Ribeira and the banks of the Douro River is a scenic and pleasant stroll, passing by São Bento Station, known for its stunning tile panels.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are required to complete a guest registration form in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum of €200 for the smoking fee.
