Great value for money, in a great location : The location, the value for money, and the fact that it has a kitchenette. On arrival, everything was clean and in good working order. The keycode entry system is also very handy. There are no towel rails. And as I didn’t want to be a nuisance and use the same towels for all four nights we stayed there, I had to hang the towels on the shower partition and a chair. The room was only superficially cleaned during our stay. Please note for people with walking difficulties. We were on the second floor and the steps are very steep and narrow.

Perfect stay : Location. Cleanliness. Spacious bed. Kitchen utensils. Daily room cleaning included in the price, which is unusual for a studio/apartment. Overall comfort. Everything is very new as it’s a recent build, but there are many details which, with heavy use by guests, could cause problems and lead to premature wear and tear. There is no shower towel hook. The lever on the kitchen tap is coming loose. The wall-mounted cabinet in the bathroom is very crooked and looks as though it’s about to fall down. There is damp on the window and wall facing the street, causing a strong musty smell unless you keep the window open practically all the time or have the heating on to dry it out. We notified the management and they cleaned it that day, but two days later it was exactly the same. The smell won’t go away unless the problem is sorted out at source. Otherwise, the flat is very nice
