Mono di Anima Rudiae is a comfortable and cozy solution in Lecce`s historic center, just a stone`s throw from the ancient Porta Rudiae.
The solution is equipped with air conditioning, hair dryer, coffee maker and refrigerator.
The Mono are two units complete with bathroom shower. Ideal for 1 or 2 people.

Mono di Anima Rudiae are two studio apartments for vacations and short stays in the heart of Lecce.
The
two studios have their entrance in the hallway of an ancient building
restored to splendor, which retains all the authentic charm given by the
Lecce stone.
The studio apartment is furnished with a double bed,
sofa, small table with chairs, sink, coffee maker and completed by a
modern shower room.
The two studios, which can be rented individually, can be made communicating upon request.

perfect solution for those who want to stay in the most authentic soul
of the city center.
Everything is close at hand: the monuments,
museums, the streets of craftsmanship but also places of everyday life
in Lecce such as the covered market, the Academy of Fine Arts, the train
station etc.
It is also ideal for those traveling without a car, as everything is also within walking distance.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The property is in the old town centre of Lecce, where there is a limited traffic and no parking area.
