Torre Saracena Loft is a 4-bed apartment for rent for vacations in Salento, in the area of Torre Sant`Andrea and Torre dell`Orso, on the coast of Melendugno.

The entrance is introduced by a veranda where you can sunbathe and relax comfortably on deck chairs.
The living area is a large furnished living with dining room, open kitchen, 1 French sofa bed, large furnished balcony for outdoor dining.
The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom. A hallway joins all rooms and leads to the bathroom with shower.

Torre
Saracena Loft stands in a very quiet residential area with video
surveillance, inside the Torre Saracena Village in Araba Fenice Village.
The
area is well served with bars, restaurants, supermarkets, is located
just 1.4 km from the enchanting Sant`Andrea with its stacks and the
enchanting little beach among the rocks, and 2.3 km from the iconic site
of Due Sorelle in Torre dell`Orso and 10 minutes by car from the
wonderful Baia dei Turchi and Spiaggia degli Alimini.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
-  Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The air conditioning is in the living room.
