Vico Bianchi 5 is an apartment located in the historic center of Brindisi, just 100 meters from the waterfront and all the attractions of the city.

dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc.

apartment Vico Bianchi 5 is developed on the second floor, reached by
stairs and separate entrance. The property has been newly renovated and
furnished with new furniture.
The interior consists of living room with dining table and chairs and double sofa bed, well-equipped kitchen, hallway, 2 double bedrooms, 1 shower room and the laundry room.
All
rooms are equipped with mosquito nets and air conditioning split. The
balcony connects all rooms and is equipped with a small table where you
can have breakfast.

apartment is located in the center of the famous city of Brindisi, a
crossroads of peoples and cultures, where, in addition to the important
history and beauty of the historic center, there are countless services,
cultural activities, and places for nightlife and entertainment.
The house is only 100 meters from the waterfront.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 40 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
