The main building features 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen that opens onto an outdoor pergola, and a living room with a fireplace, Smart TV, and sofa.



Adjacent to the main building, with independent access, is an annex with another double bed and a private bathroom.

All rooms in the house are equipped with air conditioning and Wi-Fi.





Outside, guests can enjoy a panoramic swimming pool with a solarium and shaded area, a piano bar, a barbecue area complete with a stone oven, and convenient private parking.
