You’ll have full, private access to the entire apartment during your stay. The kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped with all essential amenities, and fresh bed linens and towels will be prepared for your arrival.

As shown in the photos, the apartment is equipped with 3 air-conditioning units. Please note that not all rooms have AC.
The water boiler pressure may occasionally drop and might require a quick manual adjustment. This is a simple process and takes less than one minute.
The building is easily accessible by car. While parking directly in front of the building may not always be possible, guest drop-off is available. A trash container is conveniently located just in front of the building on the right-hand side.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor. There is an elevator, and access to the apartment is fully step-free.
This home is also suitable for long-term stays of 100 days or more. With a simple rental agreement, you can move in the same day with just your suitcase—no real estate agent fees or moving expenses required.
