The Space:

The house is covered at the front by cameras and has a code entry system which provides ease of entry for all. No keys required.



Guest Access:

The property features its own private entrance and a garden, complete with a table and chairs for outdoor living, weather permitting.



The Neighborhood:

46 Carlingford is situated in a safe, quiet, tree-lined residential street, offering a short walk to amenities such as restaurants, bars, and shops, including Sainsbury's and Tesco, where foodstuffs can be purchased.



Getting Around:

We are located a 3-minute walk from the house to the nearest underground tube station, with direct transfers into Central London, the West End, Finsbury Park, which holds the yearly Wireless Festival and the City of London. There are also a wide variety of buses with direct transfers into Camden Town, Angel Islington and Dalston with an array of bars and restaurants to choose from.

Also, a short bus ride away from Tottenham Football Stadium, guests will have access to attend Concerts and popular American Football playoffs which are held there.



Other Things to Note:

This is a shoe-free zone. We ask that no outdoor shoes be worn indoors.

This is also a no-smoking home.



Check-in:

-You must confirm your check-in time at least 24 hours before arrival. If you do not confirm the time, we will schedule the check-in at 3pm. Additional charges may apply if you check-in later than the scheduled time.



Late check-in fees:

- For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 (unless agreed otherwise)

- For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 (unless agreed otherwise)



The late check-in fee will be applicable based upon the time you will reach to the apartment and we will initiate a request to charge the amount accordingly in case you arrive after 10:00 PM.



- Baby cot has small charge of £15 inc VAT per stay

- Extra Bed is £35 inc VAT per stay



For security reasons:

- We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

- We don't accept 3rd party check-ins. If you cannot be present for the check-in you will need to add the person checking in to the booking and present additional information.



Interaction with Guests:

Your Host will be at the property to check you in, show you around the property and the amenities available to you and walk you through the front door code system.
