Willkommen im Dreamaway Cottage auf Bald Head Island

Dreamaway Cottage ist Ihr Paradies für unterwegs! Dieses Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 3 ½ Bädern befindet sich in Surfman's Walk an der Cape Fear Station. Wir haben unser Haus komplett renoviert und sind sehr stolz darauf, es zu Ihrem besonderen Urlaubsziel zu machen. Unten haben wir eine Küche, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer (Schlafsofa) und WC. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich eine Master-Suite mit einem Kingsize-Bett und die Gästeschlafzimmer-Suite verfügt über zwei Queensize-Betten. Wir haben auch ein zusätzliches Schlafzimmer (crofter) über der Garage mit 2 Wagen. Dies ist eine Königin und zwei Einzelbetten sowie ein Vollbad. Der Crofter ist nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Wir haben zwei Veranden, die beide abgeschirmt sind. Wir genießen viele Morgen und Nächte und beobachten die Tierwelt von unserem eigenen Hinterhof aus. Was die zusätzlichen Annehmlichkeiten angeht, haben wir einen Golfwagen für 4 und 6 Personen, Strandausrüstung, Strandtücher, Wii, Wifi und eine beheizte Außendusche. Wir haben auch Zugang zu beiden Clubs, und für Ihren Aufenthalt können temporäre Mitgliedspässe erworben werden. Wir wissen, dass Sie unser Zuhause genauso genießen werden wie wir!

Dreamaway cottage is super dreamy

Great property

We have rented many properties at BHI and this property was one of our favorites. We loved the location to the Shoals Club and the beach. It was very suited for our family of four and the kitchen was stocked nicely. It was well furnished and finished well with decor. We enjoyed our stay!

6 of us at Bald Head for a friend's wedding. This house is perfect for 6 couples. Very clean. Had everything we needed for a great stay. Loved morning coffee on the porches. Would definitely stay here again. Rental managers were great to deal with.

Wonderful House

We (family of 5 with teens) really enjoyed the house and the extra room over the garage. It was perfectly located with golf cart access to all places. We also enjoyed using the provided bikes to spin around the roads throughout our area. BHI is a wonderful island and we will definitely return soon!!

LOVE! Never wanted to leave!

We have stayed in perhaps half a dozen homes here & this is still my fave. It’s got some kind of feeling in it that says “home.” We felt very comfortable even from the first 5 minutes in the house. Very clean, comfortable beds, big kitchen/dining, kin a cute subivision. Highly recommend!!

The Perfect Long Weekend Getaway!

I have been going to Bald Head my whole life and stayed in many different homes on the Island with my Family. This home was the perfect space for our group! It had nice open living spaces and two screened-in porches. We loved the kitchen and the big dinning table for sharing meals together. It also provided all of the amenities we needed and the property manager was great to work with! We could not have asked for a better spot!

Charming house in Cape Fear Station

We very much enjoyed our two-week vacation to BHI! Dreamaway cottage is lovely and fit 6 of us very comfortably. It’s perfectly located within a 3 minute cart ride (or 10 minute walk) to the Shoals Club and East Beach. The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, plates, utensils, cutlery, etc. There is plenty of seating around the kitchen table and in the living room area. The furniture is all in great condition and very pretty! We look forward to returning at some point!!

Gorgeous cottage retreat

We stayed for a week in the middle of June. The house was exactly as described. Very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. There were bikes, beach chairs and the grill was great. The house is located in the wooded part of the island and we were thrilled with the location. We took advantage of the Bald Head Island Club and the pools and water slides were great for the kids and my husband thoroughly enjoyed the amazing golf course twice. We will definitely be returning. It was the perfect size for our family of 7.

We like this property and location enough to have come back for the second year in a row. One of the batteries is not charging the golf carts well so we informed the property manager. They have stated they will look into it tomorrow. When we had an issue last visit, they were out to resolve it within the hour.

Dreamaway Stay

When we arrived the cleaning staff was still finishing their work. The place was cheerful and nice. The few things we had problems with were, the dryer didn’t work. A repair person came out but he said the control panel was shot. He told me I could have the staff at the island was and fry clothes for me. It was helpful but I waited for clothes and especially towels to get cleaned. The dishwasher broke while we were there and that was repaired, the shower in the crofter wasn’t working when we arrived. A plumber fixed it 2 days late, and not this was a huge deal but there was no ironing board. We did enjoy the place once some of the problems were fixed. The workers on the island were kind and did the best they could to make our stay as good as it could be.

Perfect Spot for Race Weekend

This is my second time staying at this house, and I absolutely love it. It's clean, comfortable, and has everything I need for a stress-free stay. The best part? It’s only a 5-minute walk to the Badwater Cape Fear race finish line, super convenient, especially after a long race. I plan to keep coming back every March. Highly recommended!runners or anyone visiting the area!

Wonderful stay

This is our 2nd time in this home. Location is perfect. Easy walk or cart to the beach and you can hear the surf from both porches. Comfortable living room and kitchen. Beds were excellent. Would stay here again for sure!
