Tranquil Two Bedroom Family Cottage-Yarmouth
Tranquil 2 bedroom cottage in a gated landscaped grounds which sleeps 4 guests. Ideally located near to Yarmouth ferry terminal in the West Wight. This property, in a highly sort after location, has been hosting guests for over 10 years.
Located within the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) of the West Wight, our two bedroom, fully furnished, holiday cottage is located on the outskirts of the popular and historic harbour town of Yarmouth, Isle Of Wight. Set in 15 acres of landscaped grounds and pathways, which are gated and child safe.
The easy access, sloped approach, leads up to the porch and then into the hallway. The ground floor is open plan and has a modern and comfy lounge with flatscreen TV, a fully integrated kitchen, and open plan dining area. Additionally on the ground floor is a toilet built for convenience of access (wheel chair accessible) with an internal wash basin.
At the rear of the property is decking with a table and chairs making this a relaxed private seating area. External lighting means this is ideal to use at all times of the day.
The internal stairs lead upstairs to two bedrooms both of which have fully fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. Also upstairs is the family bathroom, toilet, wash basin and a bath with overhead shower.
There is further storage space under the stairs.
Inside the gated resort are two car parks which may be used free of charge. Our cottage is located in between both car parks and is an approximate 100m walk to either one.
Complimentary superfast WiFi is available throughout the property for guests to use.
Bus stops are conveniently located immediately outside the development and with a good bus network this allows easy access to all of the islandâs places of interest and particularly ideal for passengers arriving on the ferry by foot.
Please note there are building works at the rear of the development during 2026. Whilst the cottage is located in a central part of the development the nightly tariff has been amended for this year to reflect these construction works.
The property is ideally located close to sandy beaches and pleasant countryside in which invigorating walks can be enjoyed throughout the year.
Guests may use all parts of the property including the external private decking area with table and chairs.
Most supermarkets offer a delivery service direct to the property and a Tesco is located a 5 minute drive away.
Please note there are building works at the rear of the development during 2026. Whilst the cottage is located in a central part of the development the nightly tariff has been amended for this year to reflect these construction works.
