Mariuccia Estate is a very beautiful villa on the uphill of Stresa walking distance to a cozy town, recently renovated, it is a perfect place for a family that wish pass a pleasure vacation in the Maggiore Lake.
The estate features a beautiful and perfectly maintained garden with a lovely lake view there is a large swimming pool equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, an area with stone barbecue table and chairs for al fresco meals. The private parking area is 15 steps under the garden.
Please note that the external areas with pool, BBQ, and terraces are shared with other guest presente in the estate.
Please note the villa is very well equipped and is just a few meters from grocery shops, cafes and restaurants in the center, even though it faces the lake and offers quietness.

Mariuccia estate after its restoration has been divided into 5 nice units, some of them are connected internally whilst other by a beautiful external patio equipped with elegant garden sofas and tables. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs therefore the property is not suitable to guests with walking difficulties.
Each apartment has direct access to the upper terrace. Equipment includes refrigerator, telephone, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker and microwave

Mariuccia 3 the house entrance is from the terrace at the first floor, living area with a double sofa bed, from living e steps lead up to the large kitchen fully equipped and as well with washing machine and dishwasher. There is one bedroom with double bed and a full bathroom with shower.
Please note all the units share the large patio upstairs.

If connected with unit 2 it can accommodate 5 pax.

From the parking level there are about 15 steps to reach the garden. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are located upstairs therefore the property is not suitable to guests with walking difficulties.

Neighborhood and distances:
In the village you can find all kind of shops and restaurants, bank and other services. While in Lesa (4 km downhill) there is a sports club with 3 tennis courts and Olympic pool (10 min. walk). The beach is at 4 km from the villa. There are also 2 golf courses within 10- min. by car and 7 more within 45 min. The ferry to the other beautiful lake resort towns and islands docks at Belgirate just a 10 min drive.

Rental Roles:
Minimum stay 5 nights
Check-in: from 4pm to 7pm; Checkout: 9am
Upon request and approval of the owner a late arrival is possible between 7.00 pm and 9.00 pm for an extra fee of 50 Euro

Security deposit (Refundalbe):
Euro 200,00 that will be collected on arrival and it will be returned upon departure less any charge in case of damage to the property.

Additional Expenses to be paid on site:
Electricity and Heating are metered

Baby sitting, cook service, transfer, extra maid service, laundry
