The accommodation has everything you need and is perfect for 4 people or a couple with 2 children.
It has a room with a 150cm double bed and a bathroom with a shower, and another room with a 135cm double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning in one room and the living room. Fan in the other.
Area very close to the center of Valencia, which can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. It is very well connected by metro and bus.

New apartment, very quiet and with all the comforts to make you feel at home!

Guests have access to the entire apartment. There are two extra rooms in the apartment that are closed by the owner and are used to store household items and cleaning products.

In compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, of October 26. The submission of this data is essential to register each guest and comply with tourism regulations in Spain. You could do it through the link we will send to you at the moment of the reservation.
This includes for each traveler:

- Full name.
- Document type, only DNI or passport; if DNI, support number.
- Date of birth.
- Address, postal code, municipality, country.
- Phone number.
- Email.
Minors simply full name and relationship.
Electronic or in-person signature of each traveler.

Hosts are obliged to send this information to the authorities, to the Ministry of Interior, which aims to maintain public safety and control who is staying in the country.
