The villa design thoughtfully incorporates a ground floor bedroom suite for those who prefer to avoid stairs. The 3 remaining bedrooms are situated on the first floor, 1 of which is with private ensuite shower room and the others sharing a bathroom with bathtub. From the entrance, pretty calçada paving encircles the villa edged with Mediterranean shrubbery and attractive potted plants with the patio spaces securely gated for children to play safely. The poolside pergola provides a lovely spot for shady dining al fresco – and the traditional brick BBQ is a feature that must be enjoyed for cooking locally caught fresh fish on those balmy summer evenings.



This is a private accommodation and guests will be able to access all advertised areas and use all advertised facilities. There is 1 bedroom with private bathroom on ground floor, so guest with walking difficulties are well catered for. Parking is on street, directly outside, without a charge.

Personal Check-In: Whenever possible, a Guest Service Manager will welcome you on arrival. Some properties use key boxes if a personal check-in is not possible or required.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

AIMA (Borders Authority): Portuguese law requires us to collect passport details for all non-Portuguese guests. This is done securely during the online check-in process.

Tourist Tax: Some municipalities in the Eastern Algarve charge a Tourist Tax. If applicable for your property, you will be informed at the time of booking.



GUEST VERIFICATION & DAMAGE PROTECTION

For platforms that do not offer guest insurance, we work with Truvi, a leading guest-screening provider. Before your stay:

You will verify your personal details.

You can choose between a refundable damage deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.

We recommend the damage waiver for peace of mind in case of accidental damage.
