Enjoy a comfortable and inviting stay in this well-appointed apartment, ideal for families or groups visiting Porto. The living area offers a cozy space to relax and stream your favorite shows using the WiFi.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, utensils, cutlery, and a dishwasher, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. The dining table provides the perfect setting for shared moments and enjoyable evenings together.

The apartment features three warm and welcoming double bedrooms, each designed for restful nights after a day of exploring the city. Plush beds and soft linens ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.

Step out onto the small balcony to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Both bathrooms are thoughtfully designed with modern showers and heated towel racks for added comfort. Fresh towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience. A washer is also available, making longer stays effortless.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable and well-located apartment in Porto, set in a quiet and elegant square close to the city center. Guests can easily reach Casa da Música, Boavista Avenue, and the Serralves Museum and Gardens. Surrounded by cafés, local shops, and excellent transport links, it’s an ideal base for exploring Porto’s culture, green spaces, and vibrant urban life.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest Metro station, Marquês is just a 9-minutes walk.

Francisco Sá Carneiro airport is an 15-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
