This level also hosts four well-appointed bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and direct access to a balcony or outdoor area. The top floor is dedicated to the master suite, a serene private retreat featuring a king-size bed, a luxurious ensuite bathroom, and direct access to a furnished terrace, an ideal setting for panoramic sea views and unforgettable sunsets.

The landscaped gardens feature a private vineyard, olive grove, century-old trees, and multiple alfresco dining areas, including a barbecue and kitchenette. Two dining tables accommodate up to 25 guests.
For leisure, the estate offers an open gym area, ping-pong table, and spaces for yoga or meditation, while an onsite church provides a unique venue for symbolic ceremonies. Private parking for up to 10 cars across three zones ensures convenience and peace of mind. From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15EUR per night/villa from April to October and 4EUR per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash on arrival.
Damage Deposit
Please note that a damage deposit of EUR1,000 is required and is payable upon arrival by card or cash. The amount will be fully refunded at the end of the stay, provided that no damages or destruction have occurred in the villa.
Event Policy Upon request, the villa can accommodate weddings, events, and parties. Your event will take place in the villas outdoor area, which can host up to 120 guests with an additional cost payable via bank transfer 10 days before arrival. This fee covers only the use of the outdoor space and includes an additional cleaning service on the day after the event. A damage deposit is also required. This deposit will be fully refunded on the day of departure, provided no damages have occurred.
