Amatè is a very comfortable vacation apartment in the heart of Salento, in the center of Ruffano. The house located on the second floor offers up to 6 beds.
There are accessories such as air conditioning, washing machine,
dishwasher, hair dryer, TV, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board,
crib, electric oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker etc.

the vacation apartment Amatè, a typical house brought back to life, with
all the comforts of modern facilities, but at the same time preserving
the charm of the oldest houses.
The apartment Amatè is developed on the second floor and is reached by stairs.
The bedrooms are 1 double and 1 twin with bunk beds, both with balconies. There are 2 full shower rooms, one of which is in the master bedroom.
The living area is an open space with open kitchen, dining room and living room with double sofa bed and fireplace.
The Amate vacation home is furnished with special care and attention, and is very bright.

Amatè
stands in the town of Ruffano, a municipality located right in the
heart of Salento, just 10 km from the beautiful beaches and crystal
clear sea of the Ugento coastline.
Gallipoli is also quite close:
in just 20 minutes by car you can reach fabulous beaches such as Punta
Pizzo, Baia Verde and Rivabella.
Ruffano has a lovely historic center waiting to be discovered, as well as all the main services.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
