The villa is equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, wi-fi internet, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, smart TV, mosquito nets, kitchen with electric oven, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher, electric kettle etc.
The garden is enriched with lush vegetation, swimming pool and chairs for sunbathing, outdoor shower, barbecue for grilling.

La Casa della Maestra is located in the town of Presicce Acquarica, and welcomes guests with an elegant street-front elevation.
At the back, moreover, is the second entrance: an automatic gate that allows cars to park inside. From here, paths through the greenery lead to the villa.
The villa`s inner garden is the real surprise, with its slightly elevated swimming pool , the veranda furnished for outdoor dining, the large lush green flower beds: a real oasis, the cool and fragrant place where you can spend your vacation days in total relaxation and privacy.
The interiors of La Casa della Maestra are rooms of traditional Salento architecture, restored to splendor.
The living area counts an elegant living room with vaulted ceiling, green wall and typical floor, furnished with a double sofa bed. Next to it is the designer dining room, with fully exposed tuff ashlar walls. There is, in addition, a modern kitchenette.
The sleeping area consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 twin with bunk beds, located on the upper floor and equipped with an en suite bathroom. One of the doubles also has a nice, full en suite shower room.

La Casa della Maestra is located in the town of Presicce Acquarica, in Lower Salento.
The solution allows you to walk to all the services of the two villages, as well as to the beautiful historic center of Presicce with its many architectural emergencies, underground oil mills, small squares and ancient buildings.
The location allows you to reach by car in a few minutes other famous Salento tourist destinations, such as Santa Maria di Leuca, Patù, Alessano and the beautiful beaches of the Ionian coast.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE, is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
