The house has a beautiful veranda and many trees that provide beautiful areas of shade for relaxing moments.
The interior consists of kitchenette, living room with dining room and 2 single beds, 1 double bedroom, 1 full shower room.
The garden is fenced, offers parking area and an outdoor shower to refresh when returning from the sea.

Gigina is located in the area of Villaggio Nettuno in Torre Specchia
Ruggeri, in the countryside but at the same time within walking distance
of the beach and the sea of Melendugno.
Lido Kalè Cora can also be reached on foot, crossing a path through the property`s pine forest.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 1.30pm to 4pm) and check-out (from 7 am to 9am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request.
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Shared garden with the owner.
