independent, the solution is located near the pool, an area where there
is also a bar, and is located on the second floor.
The spaces are bright and cozy, furnished with care. In the spacious living room with open kitchen and dining room there is 1 double sofa bed.
The sleeping area consists of 1 double bedroom. The interiors are complemented by 1 shower room.
There are two beautiful sea view verandas: one is shaded and allows outdoor dining, the other is furnished with sunbeds for comfortable sunbathing.

Messapia is located in Leuca, in a residential area just a few minutes`
walk from the seafront and all the most beautiful and famous
attractions of the extreme tip of the Heel of Italy: the eclectic
villas, the sea caves, the marina, lidos and restaurants, the Sanctuary
of Santa Maria de Finibus Terrae etc.
The vacation home is part of
Resort Messapia, an accommodation facility that includes not only
vacation homes but also a hotel, communal pool, bar, restaurant, day and
night entertainment, and many other services.
On arrival it is necessary to regularize the club card.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Shared pool available from May to September.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
