Located next to the Puente de Segovia and just a 15-minute walk from Plaza Mayor, this apartment combines nature, calm, and proximity to the historic center. It includes private parking and is perfectly connected by road and public transport.
The apartment was fully renovated in November 2025 and is designed for a comfortable and functional stay.
It is completely exterior and receives natural light throughout the day thanks to its large windows.

Parties are not allowed, nor loud noises after 10:00 pm inside the apartment, and noise is not permitted at any time in the building’s common areas (entrance, stairs, elevator). Please keep your volume to a minimum when in these shared spaces. We care about our neighbours, and respecting them is essential. If we receive justified complaints from any neighbour about guest behaviour, a €100 penalty may be applied and you may be asked to leave the apartment. Noise-monitoring devices are installed in the property.
No smoking:Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Failure to comply will result in a €100 charge.
Lost keys:Losing or misplacing the keys will incur a €50 fee.
