The house is located in an idyllic setting with easy access to the main coves and beaches of the Costa Brava, and is located in Romanyà in Sta. Cristina d'Aro, 13 km from the sea.
It has a large garden with private pool, terraces, porches, barbecue and outdoor dining area, all equipped with sun loungers, terrace furniture and all kinds of amenities.
Inside we find a large dining room and living room next to a spacious kitchen, all well connected to the outside.
Between the first and second floors you will find 5 bedrooms, three bathrooms and a toilet in addition to distributors, cleaning room, etc. There are two bedrooms that have air conditioning for a fee so that you can cool the room if necessary.The accommodation also has a wide list of additional services and amenities:
