This bright and recently renovated apartment offers a cozy and functional layout, ideal for a comfortable stay in Lisbon. The living room connects to the kitchen in an open-space concept, perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals together. You'll have access to fast 1Gb/s Wi-Fi, a TV with 100+ channels, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher.
The apartment has two charming attic-style bedrooms, each with a Velux window and a double bed. There's also air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living room to keep you comfortable year-round.
The bathroom is modern and includes a small storage area where you'll find the washing machine. Please note that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility limitations.
This is a self-check-in property. Before your arrival, you will be asked to verify your identity and complete a guest registration form, as required by Portuguese law. Check-in is available from 3 PM, depending on availability and prior confirmation.
The apartment is self-catered. For your convenience, we provide a basic welcome kit with essential items for the first day: soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag. Please note that these are not replenished during your stay.
Bed and bath linen will be provided based on the number of confirmed guests.
For stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy on utilities applies, with a monthly cap of €100.
Check-out must be completed by 11 AM. Before leaving, please return the keys to the lockbox.
Extra services:
-Extra set of keys (if available) or assistance to open the door during your stay: €20
-Extra cleaning with linen change: the same price as the standard cleaning fee
-Additional towels and sheets: €30 (set for 2 guests)
-Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. If our team detects any signs of smoking (odour, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged.
