This apartment has been recently renovated with a careful, modern, and welcoming design, created to offer a unique experience facing the sea. It is ideal for 2 people and stands out for something very special: from every room you can see the Mediterranean, even from the shower, where you can relax while enjoying the sea views.
The house is bright, elegant, and functional, with large windows that integrate the exterior into the interior and create a calm and enveloping atmosphere. A space designed to disconnect, rest, and enjoy the privileged surroundings of the Paseo de Neptuno.
Guest Access:
Access to the apartment is through an electronic lock with a code, which allows for autonomous, convenient, and secure check-in.
The apartment is on the first floor and is accessed by stairs. The entire dwelling is on a single floor and will be for the exclusive use of guests during their stay.

- Bus lines that connect to the Oceanogràfic and the City of Arts and Sciences in approximately 20 minutes
- Comfortable area to walk to the beach, the port and the Marina
If you come by car, you will find easy parking in the area, both on the street and in nearby public car parks, including a paid underground car park (approx. €26 / 24 h).
