Welcome to Gordon’s Village View, your coastal escape located in the
heart of Gordon’s Bay's vibrant Old Village. Enjoy a front-row seat to
Gordon’s Bay’s breathtaking sunsets and the unique atmosphere Old
Village offers.
Upon entering this beautiful apartment, guests are greeted with a
spacious open-plan kitchen and lounge area. The inside blends colourful
and bold retro-inspired elements with a coastal feel. Providing guests
with a modern, yet cosy space, perfect for relaxing. The kitchen is
fully equipped with everything needed for a perfect self-catering stay.
The kitchen flows straight into the lounge, giving the space a warm and
cosy feel as natural light from the sliding window streams in and
throughout the lounge and kitchen. The lounge features plush seating, a
flatscreen TV, and sweeping ocean views. Internet access is available
throughout the property.
The apartment features two bedrooms and two bathrooms and can easily
accommodate up to four guests. The main bedroom features a king-size
bed with crisp linens. Additionally, the room has a large wardrobe, a
flatscreen TV, a dedicated working space with a desk, and a sliding
window granting breathtaking scenic views of the vibrant beachfront.
The second bedroom also has a king-size bed with fresh linens, a
wardrobe, and a workstation. The property features two bathrooms, both
of which have a toilet and a washbasin. The first bathroom contains a
shower, and the second bathroom a bath. Linen and towels are provided
with your stay.
This apartment is perfect for guests who prioritise convenience.
Staying in the heart of Old Village, the apartment is located within
walking distance of cafés, shops, and restaurants. Guests can also
enjoy a short scenic walk to Bikini Beach, a perfect destination for a
beach day! Additionally, the Old Harbour and SA Naval College are just
around the corner. Guests who are wine lovers will be happy to hear
that this cosy retreat is just a short drive away from the
world-renowned wine farms in Stellenbosch.

easy access to a large variety of locations and activities. If you’re

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 62 Miller Rd, Gordons Bay Central, Cape Town, 7151.
The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
