The entire property is decorated in neutral tones with contrasting flashes of colour on the soft furnishings and accessories and has modern fixtures and fittings throughout. The tastefully decorated living room offers all modern conveniences including a flat-screen TV and DVD player. Sets of French doors open out to the outdoor dining terrace and garden.
The modern kitchen with its granite work surfaces and splashbacks is constructed from Italian wood and comes complete with modern stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The adjacent dining area features an elegant wooden dining table and 6 chairs.
