Upon entering the apartment, you will be greeted by the warm and
inviting open-plan design of the space with a fully equipped kitchen
featuring everything you need, including an air fryer and a dishwasher
for added convenience. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining space
features a glass dining table with comfy seating for six.
The living room is thoughtfully furnished with plush couches, a coffee
table, and a TV cabinet with a mounted flatscreen television equipped
with Netflix, creating the perfect spot for entertainment and
relaxation. The apartment also offers off-street parking and is
conveniently located across from beachside parking for added ease and
accessibility. Large windows flood the living space with an abundance
of natural light, and a door leads to the balcony where guests can
enjoy breathtaking city and ocean views with ships passing by.
The main bedroom is fitted with a queen-sized bed, nightstands on
either side, ample wardrobe space, and direct access to a private
balcony with stunning ocean views. The second bedroom features two
single beds, nightstands, and a convenient workstation for guests.
The property includes one full bathroom and a half bathroom. The full
bathroom features a shower, a washbasin, and a toilet, while the half
bathroom is fitted with a toilet and a basin. Linen and towels are

For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check-in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at 275 Beach Rd, Sea Point, Cape Town, 8005.
