THINGS TO KNOW

The private covered parking area can accommodate up to three cars and to access the property once parked it is necessary to go up a few steps

Every year, at the end of June, the lake shores overlooking Comacina Island are crowded with hundreds of visitors eager to watch the fireworks display celebrating the Sagra di San Giovanni. Guests who book during this time of year will enjoy a prime viewing spot.

For payments above 1500 euros, you will be asked to make a bank transfer, which will be the only accepted payment method.

If you plan to use the heated pool, we kindly ask you to inform us at least 5–6 days in advance so that we can heat it properly. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that the pool will already be heated for your stay.
