Set just outside Melidoni in a serene and secluded location, the villa offers an exquisite retreat where privacy and relaxation reign supreme. External Living | 2 Private Pools, Outdoor Dining, Play & Wellness Area
Set within a sprawling 2000m² estate adorned with 600 m² of lush artificial lawn, Varimpo Villa is a sanctuary of refined outdoor living. Indulge in the serenity of a 35 m² infinity pool (non heated) and a 50 m² private heated swimming pool (can be heated with an extra fee), with waterfall and six-seater hydromassage, complemented by gazebos, sun beds, hammocks, umbrellas, and an eight-seater hot tub (up to 35°C), perfect for unwinding under the blue skies. A dedicated 7 m² children’s pool ensures little guests can splash and play safely. Around the villa, the owner’s 40.000 m² private grounds offer scenic walking paths through the Cretan landscape, creating a unique space for exploration and tranquility. Savor alfresco dining beneath a shaded pergola with a well-equipped outdoor kitchen, complete with charcoal BBQ, pizza oven, refrigerator, sink, and every amenity for effortless entertaining. Gather under the stars in the cozy lounge next to the kitchen, featuring a 65” TV, or unwind in the newly added firepit area. For recreation, the villa presents a wealth of options within its covered outdoor play area, including ping pong, pool table, table football, table hockey, and an outdoor chess set. A dedicated children’s playground house, complete with slides, swings, and a trampoline, ensures fun for younger guests. A detached playroom and wellness pavilion elevate the experience, with a PlayStation 5, sauna, massage room with bed, and a well-equipped gym.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:

- 50 m² Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
- Preferred Months | Pool is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.
- Additional Fees | 80€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

Its eight thoughtfully appointed bedrooms, each with deluxe bedding, accommodate up to 18 guests in real beds, while four en-suite and two shared bathrooms ensure convenience and privacy.

A separate poolside building has been meticulously crafted to serve as both a family-friendly playroom and a private wellness retreat. The play area features a cozy lounge with an 80” Smart TV and a PlayStation 5, offering endless entertainment for guests of all ages. The fully equipped gym includes a treadmill, stationary bike, free weights, yoga mats, exercise ball, bench, and chest press machine for complete fitness routines. For moments of relaxation, a serene massage room with a professional massage bed and a rejuvenating sauna provide the perfect escape for wellness and rejuvenation.
