Villa Fos is a beautiful property located in the peaceful area of Kalafatis, less than 2 km from the beach, with turquoise waters, water-sports facilities and a diving center. At 10 minutes drive there are many of the southern beaches of the island (Kalo Livadi, Lia, Elia, Agrari, Agia Anna) with fine sands and Mediterranean cuisine restaurants.

At less than 3 kilometers from the property is the picturesque village of Ano Mera with its well-known monastery of Panagia Tourliani and its famous traditional taverns. At Ano Mera guests can find super-markets, bakery shops and ATMs.

Villa Fos is part of a complex of autonomous villas and it combines the traditional Mykonian architecture with the luxury of all modern comforts.

On the ground level there is the living room, a fully equipped open kitchen and the dining area. At the top level there is the master bedroom with its bathroom and its own veranda with sea view. At the underground level there are three more bedrooms, one bathroom, a small kitchen and the laundry room. All rooms have air conditioning.

The outdoor area features a large modern pool and a great lounge area around it. There is also a built-in BBQ under the elegant wooden pergola where guests can prepare their own meals while enjoying the amazing sea view.

This villa is ideal for families or for couples and friends that want to enjoy all that Mykonos has to offer being able in the same time to retreat into a more secluded setting.

Rental rules
The rates are for 8 people, extra person (max 1) € 60 per day
The minimum stay is of 3 nights (4 nights in June, July and August).
Check-in time is between 3.00 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. unless a different agreement has been made in writing.
Checkout time is within 10.00 a.m.

Not included in the rental price:
A damage deposit of € 1.500, has to be paid upon arrival and it will be returned at the end of the stay, less any charges in case of damage.
Cleaning fee: € 150
Tax fee: 7% on the total price
