Marvi House is situated in Ornos, which is 300 meters away. The sandy Ornos beach, with many umbrellas, sunbeds and towels for rent and where you will find several cafes, tavernas and restaurants is within walking distance as well as the center where you can find a bakery, laundry, pharmacy, car/bike/ATV rental place, ATM machine and supermarket.
In addition, for those who love water sports, also Korfos beach that is a pole of attraction for windsurfers thanks to the strong winds that form large waves, is within a short distance.
Mykonos town with its frantic nightlife is only 2.5 km away from Marvi House.
This holiday home is located in a small villa complex that share one swimming-pool. The access to the complex is through a plain and paved road.
Parking-space is available for one car or two ATVs.
The surface area of the house is of 160 sqm and the surface area of the pool is 50sqm. It is built in typical Cycladic style architecture with a predominance of neutral colors and is surrounded by natural wooden beams.
Marvi house has 5 bedrooms in total: 1 bedroom with joinable single beds, 3 bedrooms with double beds (in one of them it is possible to add a camp bed) and 1 single (staff bedroom) with a bathroom.
On the ground level we find a living room area, equipped with table and chairs, TV and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has at its back access to a service terrace, while form the living area you have access to a private outdoor terrace equipped with table and chairs, facing the communal pool.
On this level, there is also the master bedroom served by a bathroom that is next door. This room has also a balcony.
From the ground level, through few steps you reach the basement, where 4 other bedrooms are located.
All the bedrooms are bright and airy having windows that allow the light enter.
Two double rooms share one bathroom (with shower), 1 double room has en suite bathroom and then there is 1 single room that can be used as a staff room (it has a small bathroom with shower). On this level, you will also find a small laundry room with washing machine.
Marvi House is strategically positioned between Korfos and Ornos and is only a 5 minutes drive from Mykonos town. It is in a quiet location and close to everything you might need. It is also important to note that Marvi house has been totally refurbished for the upcoming 2018 season, it offers all kind of comforts such as air-conditioning in all bedrooms and Wi-Fi that works only on the ground level.
For all these reasons, it is the optimal choice for large families or group of friends that decide to spend their holidays in Mykonos.
