Swallow's Rest, 4 bedroom modern villa in Kisla with spectacular sea views

Swallow's Rest is a 4 bedroom villa with a private pool located in a quiet, peaceful area just a 5 minute walk to the local beach club and sea in the popular Kisla area of Kalkan. It has stunning uninterrupted views over the bay from all floors and the terrace/garden.

A shop and local restaurants are within a short walking distance and the main centre of Kalkan can be reached by water taxi from the beach club or private taxi. The walk into Kalkan is approximately 25 minutes.

The villa is accessed via a number of steep steps therefore may be unsuitable for people with mobility issues or families with very young children.

There are three dining areas. The largest can be found on the main balcony leading from the lounge, the second is by the pool and the third is in the main kitchen.

Two pools are available. A deeper larger pool for those who like to jump and swim and a smaller one for those that like to sit and enjoy the wonderful view.

A substantial internal refurbishment of the villa has been carried out and a fourth bedroom self contained unit has been added at pool level.

The ground floor comprises:

An open lounge and kitchen area
The main dining area (on the balcony leading from the lounge) provides you with the most stunning backdrop to wine and dine against
A toilet/shower room is also conveniently situated on the ground floor

The first floor comprises:

2 double bedrooms (both ensuite) with shared balcony

The top floor comprises:

A sizeable family room (ensuite, with 1 double and 2 single beds)

Two small balconies leading from the room enable you to soak in the wonderful view

Outside:

A fully equipped games room is available with air hockey, table tennis, darts, PlayStation 5 and a minibar area.

A full sized table tennis table is provided for those wanting a break from sunbathing.

A small welcome pack will provided on arrival.

Check in/ check out times may be negotiable but we usually request that on your arrival date you get to the villa no earlier than mid-afternoon and that you vacate the villa on the morning of your departure date.

Good to know:

• There is ample off street parking available and totally safe.
• A high speed mesh Wi-Fi system with no dead spots is provided within the grounds of the villa.
• Bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided on arrival
• Weekly cleaning and linen changes are provided (so if staying for 2 weeks, a mid-stay clean and linen change is provided)

• Shopping deliveries can be arranged
