Perfect for families and groups, this incredible, reverse-level holiday home boasts direct access to the remote shingle beach, Pevensey Bay. Step back in time at Pevensey Castle (2 miles), where guests can roam ancient ruins and uncover stories of knights, battles, and William the Conqueror's invasion. To the south, Eastbourne (4.5 miles) offers over 3 miles of vast shingle beaches, a traditional pier packed with amusements and many cafes serving up fish and chips wrapped in paper. Alternatively, head north and find yourselves admiring artists' works at the iconic modernist building of De La Warr in Bexhill-on-Sea (9.5 miles). Days of action and adventure are just a short drive away with Knockhatch Adventure Park (10 miles), while nature lovers can soak in the breath taking beauty of the Seven Sisters Country Park (11.5 miles), where rolling white cliffs meet the sea. It’s also the perfect accommodation for Airbourne – Eastbourne’s annual international air show in August.
Follow the steps up to the front door of this stunningly spectacular beach house and make your way inside. Head up the stairs and take a moment to appreciate the mesmerising sea views from the impressive open-plan living space. The large oak dining table seats eight guests and is ideal for more formal occasions. There are bedrooms on all three levels, providing privacy for groups. Back on the lower ground floor, the king-size studio offers a cushy bed, a kitchenette area and an en-suite shower room with polished marble decor.
