But before exploring the sleeping quarters, head straight upstairs in this reverse-level home to enjoy the fantastic, light and airy living space that awaits. This open-plan room combines the lounge, kitchen and diner, and beckons guests to easily unwind. You’ll immediately be drawn to the picture windows to marvel at the views stretching out before you. The stunning kitchen space showcases sleek units and worktops, blending functionality with elegance, making it easy to whip up holiday feasts for the group, who can gather at the chic dining table or the breakfast bar to enjoy the chef’s work. After dinner, crash into the soft seating that awaits, switch on the Smart TV, relax with a book, or simply watch the night draw in across the ocean. When it’s time for bed, walk back downstairs and find that all of the bedrooms exude elegance and are carefully laid out to maximise the views and space. To the front is a king-size bedroom and a double room, each with en-suite shower rooms. To the rear, is a king-size with an en suite shower room and with doors leading out to the patio a twin room with zip-and-link beds to set up as you wish – this room shares the main family bathroom across the hall. Outside, the paved patio can be reached from two of the bedrooms or through the side entrance.
