Nestled in an area synonymous with Cornwall’s mining history, Pendeen boasts several historic stone miner’s cottages and an award-winning pub. Keen walkers can conquer the heather-clad moors to the impressive Carn Kenidjack 2 miles away, a rocky outcrop rising 650ft above sea level. On the Land's End peninsula, stroll around the 19th-century Pendeen Lighthouse (1.5 miles) to be rewarded with breathtaking views across the coastline and secluded coves below.
