Prepare to be impressed by this pristine luxury apartment, located in a prime spot in the pretty port town of Padstow. You’ll be right in the thick of things, with shops, restaurants and pubs all within 400 metres of your front door. Nearby (0.5 miles) you can join the South West Coastal Path, opening up wonderful walking opportunities along the Camel Estuary and beyond. With room for four, the property is excellent for a family, with one dog welcome to join in the fun.
Upon entering this modern abode, you’ll immediately be struck by the stylishness and sophistication that runs throughout the property. It boasts a gentle colour scheme and a variety of tasteful artwork on the walls. Underfloor heating and heated towel rails in the bathrooms contribute to the luxury atmosphere. The living space is the main hub, an expansive open-plan area with huge sliding glass doors so you can let the outside in. There’s a sumptuous sofa and a Smart TV for relaxed evenings in and a contemporary kitchen with gleaming white units. Outside, the enclosed grassy garden is wonderful for children and your pet to let off steam while you relax with a cold beer and a book.
Locally you can wander around the harbour and have a browse of Padstow’s independent shops before heading for a slap-up meal in one of many exceptional restaurants. Cyclists can also join the Camel Trail cycle path 0.5 miles away; this 11-mile route will take you through some of Cornwall’s most spectacular scenery. Your nearest beach is St George’s Cove (1 mile) and there are plenty more to discover in the area, such as Harbour Cove (3 miles) and Trevone Bay (2 miles).
