Popular local attractions include the stunning Chavenage House, a beautifully preserved Elizabethan manor, which is just outside town to the northwest (1.5 miles), and the idyllic woodlands of Westonbirt, the National Arboretum (4 miles) to the southwest. Heading east, the popular Cotswold Lakes (15 miles) offer a wide range of activities including fishing, clay shooting, paintball, horse riding and a wide range of water sports. Nature spotters can venture west to the stunning Slimbridge Wetland Centre on the River Severn (15 miles). Other attractions include Highgrove House which is just under 2 miles from the property. Westonbirt Arboretum (3.7m miles) and the ever-popular Badminton horse trials is just 11m away.
