Holt Country Park is brilliant for walkers, or hop on the Poppy Line Railway, a heritage steam train that runs to Sheringham (7 miles), a traditional seaside resort with great seafood and a lovely beach. The National Trust property, Felbrigg Hall, is just 9 miles away, while nature lovers can head to Cley Marshes reserve (4.5 miles).
