With a TV, feature fireplace and comfortable furniture, this is an ideal space for everyone to sit back and unwind after a fantastic day. Exploring further, the spacious country-style dining room is perfect for sharing fantastic family meals which you can rustle up in the traditional kitchen nearby. Cottage-style stairs lead up to the first floor where you will find a refreshing bathroom and three cosy bedrooms. The first is a cheery king-size room with a TV and a handy en-suite shower room; there’s also a lovely double and a sweet single. From the dining area, French doors open onto a pretty paved courtyard with garden furniture, providing a pleasant and relaxing spot to enjoy breakfast before heading out to explore this cheerful seaside town.


The beach is just 200 metres away, with the famous Gun Hill cannons just a short stroll to the south, and the pier, lighthouse and model boat pond to the north. Southwold is also home to a vintage cinema and a host of friendly pubs and restaurants. The picturesque village of Walberswick is just over a mile away.
