Just a short walk to the beach and also within walking distance along the beach to Barmouth, with its wide range of restaurants, shops, bars and other seaside attractions.

Ground Floor

The ground floor at this Barmouth holiday cottage includes 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and the hall way leading up to the main living area on the first floor.

The first bedroom includes a double bed, wardrobe and bed-side tables with lamps.

The second bedroom offers a double and a single bed, wardrobe, bed-side tables, lamps and large windows looking out over the yard.

Beautiful bathroom with a full size bath and shower above, wash basin and toilet.

Upstairs

The living area and patio are all on the first floor to make the most of the beautiful sea views. Beautiful wooden floor, open beams and skylight windows gives the whole area a very light and spacious feel.

All open plan, one half comprises of a fully equipped kitchen (inc dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge and freezer) and dining area.

Two inviting leather sofas and a large television entice you through to the cosy lounge with TV, DVD and radio/CD player. At the far end of the lounge there are also patio doors leading out to a stunning patio area. During the day, it is certainly worth leaving these patio doors wide open so that you can enjoy the whole expanse of the cottage, from the dining table at one end, through to the garden table at the other.

Garden

The patio area is surrounded by breath taking views. Lush fields leading up to the mountain tops behind you and the sea in front of you. A truly remarkable spot where you will most certainly lose sense of time.
