Next door, the kitchen is a breath of fresh air with natural light pouring in through the skylight and charming neutral cabinets contrasting against the terracotta tiled floor. Meals can be served up in the dining room, where a table with bench-style seating sits next to another exposed brick fireplace offering a perfect place for the family to gather. A shower room completes the downstairs, simply furnished with a neutral colour palette. Upstairs there are two double elegant bedrooms, traditionally styled in pastel tones to create a peaceful place to sleep. The master bathroom is also located on the first floor, with a blissful roll-top bathtub for bubble baths. Finally, there are two single bedrooms on the second floor. Southwold is an idyllic seaside location with plenty of places to wander through the stunning scenery. From the promenade, you can join the Suffolk Coast Path to embark on an adventure with Covehithe 5 miles away with a pretty beach of its own proving an excellent picnic spot before heading home. Further south, Dunwich is well worth a visit to wander through the ancient forest, stroll beside the sea or visit RSPB Minsmere to spot rare birds and wildlife.
