Beautifully refurbished 2 bedroom cottage located in the heart of Southwold

This cosy cottage is in the perfect location with not even a 10 minute walk to the beach, pubs and shops.

The front garden with its bench is an ideal to relax and watch the world go by, or chill in the back garden .

There is parking on the road and we also have the benefit of an allocated parking bay for one car, which is situated next to our adjoining cottage.

Pets are not allowed due to the owners allergies.

Wonderful

This is a fantastic little house. Location is spot on. House is clean, bright and well equipped. This was our second time we’ve visited and the owners are great and communicate very well. The only thing I’d say (and a very minor negative) is non of the plugs are USB plugs so remember those adapters!! Apart from that all I can say is we are now booking for 2025!! And can’t wait. Our happy location, our happy holiday home!!

Fantastic property!!

Lovely property, beautifully located, very clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Would highly recommend!! within easy walking distance of the seafront and the bustling High Street would also thoroughly recommend going to the Little fish and chip shop (near The Lord Nelson) and the two magpies bakery for breakfast treats, not forgetting sampling the local brewery’s offerings! We also hired a beach hut which IMO is a must as this is a good based and somewhere to get changed from beach clothes to dry clothes!

Great house in a great location

Pebble Cottage was a lovely house in the ideal location. It is a short walk to the pier, beaches, shops and a nice playground. It was clean, well equipped and homely. I would definitely recommend!

Lovely convenient cottage

Perfect property for a stay in Southwold, conveniently located for both the beach and town. The cottage is not very big but it has all that it’s needed, very comfy beds, nice clean and fresh bathroom and kitchen, and a plus of an outside patio, which we didn’t use as it wasn’t as warm but definitely a plus in the right weather. Overall very pleasant stay :)

Pier Pleasure

Thank you to the hosts for being so easy to communicate with. The property is as it says very welcoming, something we felt every time we returned from being out. A fantastic location, with very short walks to all Southwold has to offer. It was very clean and provided everything anyone could want for a short or full week etc stay. Having the garden at the back was such an added bonus, same with having the parking space. I noticed lots of people stopping to have a look at the property from the front. In London that would be concerning but in Southwold I knew they were stopping to just admire the view of the place from the front. This is the kind of place I would be hoping fingers crossed is available for any future trips I make to Southwold. I would highly recommend a stay here to anyone visiting SWold who knows SWold and for those making a first visit. Thanks again for fantastic place to stay :)

A fantastic place to stay to discover Southwold.

After years of visiting Southwold this is the best place I have stayed in the town. The house is spotlessly clean, well located and has everything you might need. The kitchen comes with a dishwasher which is great for loading up before you go out and not wasting your holiday washing up. There's a full size fridge and freezer so self catering is easy. The outside space for drying beach towels and breakfasting in the sun is great. The parking space is handy too but there's also space on the street as it's not too busy. We can't wait to go back.

Very clean inside and out, I loved all the quirky ornaments especially the duck! The house had everything you could need. Perfect location for exploring southwold. The neighbours were lovely too. Only downside was getting the access code, driving down there we were slightly worried we wouldn’t get in.

Lovely relaxing break

This is a lovely cottage in a nice location, about 10 minutes walk from the beach. Very comfortable and well laid out, and spotless. Good facilities. Southwold is super place and we found some nice coffee shops around and about. Would have preferred to get the access codes a day or two earlier.

Great Southwold location.

The cottage is really clean and well appointed, being within 5 minutes walk to both the pier and town. It is decorated to a high standard and has everything you could need for a self catering break. It was a nice touch that the owners provided milk and biscuits on arrival for that first cup of tea! All in all a great stay and we can't wait to return.
