The open-plan living room/diner is ideal for putting your feet up after a long day of rambling and finding a good movie to watch together on the TV. When it's time for tea, the kitchen has all the modern facilities to cater for your troop and plenty of cupboard space for storing those tasty treats. Although the home sleeps four people, three bedrooms offer extra space for the whole party, including two double beds or a pretty single room. Wake to piping hot mugs of coffee, sausages sizzling on the hob and an urge to get the day going!

Spend dewy mornings running about the park (200 metres from the property) or stroll alongside the River Deben for fabulous views and the chance to spot some local wildlife. Beach days are all yours at Aldeburgh, Shingle Street, Walberswick and Sizewell, all within 20 miles of the property. Closer to the home, Woodbridge (1 mile) offers a lovely shopping experience through independent boutiques, galleries and stops for coffee and cake. Snape Maltings (9 miles) is also worth a visit, with its impressive concert hall, colourful shops and pretty surroundings.
