Woolacombe itself is a much-loved seaside destination, known for its relaxed charm, lively village centre and stunning coastline. Start just steps from your door at Barricane Beach, a peaceful, sheltered cove perfect for collecting shells and soaking up the sea breeze – and in summer evenings, don’t miss the much-loved Sri Lankan curry hut. Around the corner, award-winning Woolacombe Beach stretches for 3 glorious miles, ideal for surfing, sandcastles and sunset strolls, whilst there is also an array of wonderful eateries and fantastic surf lessons available too. Adventurous families will love the dramatic cliff-top walk to Morte Point (1.5 miles from Mortehoe), where you can spot seals lounging on the rocks. Further along the coast, Croyde Bay (6 miles) is a buzzing village with further seaside energy in spades. For family-friendly fun, visit The Big Sheep (22 miles), or The Milky Way Adventure Park (26 miles) with roller coasters, dodgems and indoor fun for any weather.
Enter up on the first floor into a bright, welcoming space where the open-plan living and dining area await you. With comfortable seating, a Smart TV, and a dining table for mealtimes or relaxed board game nights, it's a wonderful setting to socialise after days at the beach. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up your favourite holiday dishes or prep for a beach picnic. The apartment features three lovely bedrooms: a king-size room with its own en-suite shower room and direct access to a private, enclosed terrace for sunny breakfasts or al fresco dinners. A second double room and a cheerful bunk room share a gleaming family bathroom.
To the front of the building, you’ll find a large shared balcony area – a real special area for enjoying a sundowner as you soak up sweeping views across the beach and sea. Private parking for one car at the rear of the building.
