On the ground floor are a spacious sitting room with comfortable seating, an open fire for cooler evenings, and a Smart TV to enjoy watching your favourite box sets together. The contemporary kitchen has all the necessary appliances to rustle up some family favourites. A delightful conservatory is an additional space to relax, with seating and a coffee table to enjoy a drink while admiring the views of the garden or reading a book. Upstairs there is a bathroom and three bedrooms - two doubles and one twin. Head outside and you’ll discover an enclosed rear garden with a patio area. Here, you can make the most of the sunny days with outside seating and plenty of shade under trees.

You will be spoilt for choice with so many activities to enjoy close by. A short drive away is Woodbridge (5 miles), a lovely market town with a wealth of independent shops and eateries and a historic tidal mill to visit. History lovers will also want to head to Sutton Hoo (8 miles) and learnn all about this ancient burial site. Walkers will love having access to paths right from the doorstep, but it is also worth venturing further afield and exploring woodland areas such as Captain’s Wood (18 miles) which has well-marked trails suitable for all the family.
