Valley Farm Cottage offers a flexible abode with everything you need for your party to enjoy, with a ground floor king bedroom with shower room and two first floor bedrooms (2 x super-king), both with bathrooms. The open plan kitchen/dining room has created a social space for your group to come together, with patio doors opening out onto a decked veranda perfect for those warmer months. The two sitting rooms allow a space for both adults and children to enjoy, with everything they possibly need. Outside is complete with a beautiful garden and off road parking.

Town: Melton is a rural village resting between Ipswich and Lowestoft within Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is served by Melton railway station and is just a mile from the historic market town of Woodbridge. The village has a small selection of independent shops and a couple of popular pubs so is a great place to stop off to stock up on a few essentials and have a drink while enjoying the captivating surrounding countryside. There are a number of attractions on the doorstep including some fantastic golf courses for the grown-ups and Congo Rapids Adventure Golf for the not so grown-up, as well as the rural idyll that is Foxburrow Nature Reserve. Towns such as Woodbridge, Ipswich and Lowestoft are within a short drive and offer a great range of attractions and amenities.
