Bacton is a great location for a traditional family seaside holiday, so bring your buckets and spades on summer days and your boots for long walks in winter. Bacton Wood (3 miles) is a lovely day out in nature where you can walk or cycle.

A gorgeous house that has been elegantly furnished offers a superior experience. On the ground floor is a contemporary kitchen with everything supplied to cook up a storm. The two dining areas with long tables, benches and chairs are perfect for socialising as you linger over memorable or celebratory meals. There’s a stylish sitting room with comfortable seating and a Smart TV for relaxation. There are also two double bedrooms and a bathroom on the ground floor. Upstairs you will find two bathrooms and four bedrooms - one double, two with bunk beds and a king-size with en-suite shower. Head outside, and you are spoilt for choice with an enclosed garden, private hot tub and comfortable seating on the decked area, sun loungers on the lawn, BBQ and garden furniture on the patio and the impressive “Beach Bar” with bar and TV area.

There is plenty to discover in the area - head north to enjoy Cromer (11.5 miles) with its iconic pier and long sandy beach for sandcastles or long walks. Horsey Beach (13.5 miles) is home to the famous striped Happisburgh lighthouse and has a local seal colony. Alternatively, learn more about the area’s history at Blickling Hall (14 miles), a lovely Jacobean house with a pretty garden to explore.
