Step inside and find yourself in the bright, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with natural light pouring through the wide ocean-facing windows. Watch the boats cruising by from one of the two comfortable sofas in the grey-hued lounge. Adjacent is a wooden dining table with high-backed chairs for special meals together. At the back of the space is a sleek, black, white and grey ‘L’-shaped fitted kitchen with glossy cabinets, an island, plus contemporary, geometric hanging lights. Also on this floor is a king-size bedroom with an en-suite Jack and Jill shower room. Upstairs are a further two en-suite bedrooms – both family rooms with double and single beds.
